We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our Winchester HQ. This role will involve working on high-profile projects across Southern England, providing full spectrum PQS services to clients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a lead consulting role on major design and build projects, including flagship sporting and mix-use facilities. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Client management and liaison
  • Cost planning and budget preparation
  • Tendering and procurement
  • Contractor management and valuation
  • Final accounts preparation

Requirements:

To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor with MacStaff, you will need:

  • MRICS qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in providing PQS services
  • Strong client-facing skills and communication abilities
  • A good track record in consultancy on QS/Cost control
  • Experience in procuring sub-contractors for major projects
  • Good IT skills and ability to use measurement software
  • Team player skills with the ability to work collaboratively
