Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge.

This role involves verifying the accuracy of goods received from suppliers, processing incoming deliveries, and maintaining up-to-date records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Verify the accuracy of goods received from suppliers, process incoming deliveries, and maintain up-to-date records.
  2. Stock Control: Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
  3. Delivery and Collection Operations: Provide support for delivery and collection operations.
  4. Loading/Unloading Equipment: Operate loading/unloading equipment to transport stock between sites within Cambridge.
  5. Forklift Operation: Assist with the movement of goods and equipment using a forklift at our Cambridge location.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • A proactive attitude, demonstrating patience and motivation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • An educational background that includes GCSE level Maths and English.
  • Familiarity with stores maintenance and/or purchasing practices.
  • Experience working with purchasing systems.
  • Basic IT skills, proficient in software applications.
  • A thorough understanding of COSHH regulations and requirements.
  • A clean, current UK manual vehicle driving licence.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,500 per annum, plus a generous holiday allowance.
