Paediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our dynamic community team in Southampton. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients and their families in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training sessions to educate patients' families on safe medication administration.
- Undertake clinical assessments to ensure patients are suitable for treatment, including vital sign observations.
- Provide ongoing support to patients through a combination of telephone, clinic-based, and home visits.
- Report adverse drug events as per protocol.
- Car allowance or car provided.
