About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team at Vitality. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading the UK People Operations team and ensuring they deliver an exceptional service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the People Operations team in delivering HR administration services to employees, ensuring tickets are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Support the team with transactional HR admin and act as a conduit between them and other departments.
  • Respond to complex HR queries and liaise with HR Advisors/HRBPs when necessary.
  • Analyze people data to drive data-driven decision making and produce valuable insights for the team.
  • Implement process improvements and opportunities for automation/digitization using our people systems.
  • Manage the relationship with our third-party pre-employment checks provider and deal with any issues promptly.
  • Support the rest of the HR and People team with ad-hoc work and projects linked to the People plan deliverables.
  • Ensure the People Operations team is fully compliant with all people processes and procedures, minimizing risks through productive HR processes.
What You Need to Thrive
  • Extensive HR administration/HR shared service model experience.
  • Experience of people management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors.
  • Experience of HR process improvement and implementing digital solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong data analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in taking ownership and working on own initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work with people at all levels.
