Opus People Solutions Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Hard Facilities Management team in Ipswich. As Head of Hard FM, you will oversee all aspects of hard facilities management, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance. With extensive knowledge of water hygiene, asbestos management, and other key compliance areas, you will ensure that all assets are maintained in line with best practices and compliance requirements. Your proven track record of leading teams and managing contractors will be essential in delivering high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing PPM schedules to ensure all assets are maintained in line with best practices and compliance requirements
* Ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including water hygiene, asbestos management, and other statutory obligations
* Overseeing the performance of external contractors, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard and within agreed timelines and budgets
* Managing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality or compliance
* Identifying potential risks related to Hard FM and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies

As a key member of the Opus People Solutions Ltd team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful collaboration.
