At Helping Hands, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Care and Training Practitioner to support the growth and development of our care team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering high-quality training programs to ensure our carers provide the best possible support to customers.
- Collaborating with the branch team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and auditing standards.
- Conducting regular supervisions and spot checks to ensure carers are meeting the highest standards.
- Meeting with customers to review and discuss care plans, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
