Job Title: Engineering Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Sales Professional to join our team at Questech Recruitment Ltd. As an Engineering Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the engineering industry, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
