Job Title: Enterprise Data EngineerEstimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Job DescriptionOverview:
The role of an Enterprise Data Engineer involves designing and implementing large-scale data systems to support business operations. This position requires strong technical skills, including experience with SQL Server 2008, Visual Studio 2008, and SQL Server Management Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the completion of work that supports day-to-day operations of GROUPS IT software.
- Providing input into the direction of BI and supporting the lead developer for small and large development projects.
- Designing end-to-end data warehouse and BI solutions using SQL for data querying, programming, and creation of database objects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Analysis Services, Excel, Transact SQL, and MDX queries.
- Industry or professional qualifications in Microsoft Developer certifications or Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing (not necessary but may be advantageous).
