Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the auditable change process for updating artwork as required based on new regulatory requirements or technical/marketing product updates.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain online portals and master databases to ensure all product data (specs and technical) and packaging copy (marketing and regulatory) is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure process compliance (ordering, artwork approval) and understand how the portal works across all profiles.
  • Implement and integrate performance measurement systems to the process for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Provide support to the Global Product Change Manager, Global Product Manager, and Global Technical Manager as required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level from a recognized university.
  • 2-3 years proven track record with outstanding results delivering projects.
  • Proven experience maintaining processes and systems containing large amounts of data.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Ideal experience working in a project management role in a Non-Food FMCG category.
  • Experience working with consumer packaging.
