Financial Collections Officer

We are seeking a financial collections officer to join our team and take responsibility for managing a portfolio of accounts. This role involves working closely with customers to resolve any issues and ensure timely payment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a portfolio of accounts and communicating with customers
- Resolving any issues that may arise and escalating to senior staff if necessary
- Using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and manage accounts
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to senior staff
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
- At least 1 year's experience in credit control
- Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
- Location: Offices based within easy reach of public transport links
£28,000 per annum (starting salary)
