We are seeking a financial collections officer to join our team and take responsibility for managing a portfolio of accounts. This role involves working closely with customers to resolve any issues and ensure timely payment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and communicating with customers
  • Resolving any issues that may arise and escalating to senior staff if necessary
  • Using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and manage accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to senior staff
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 1 year's experience in credit control
Working Conditions:
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
  • Location: Offices based within easy reach of public transport links
Salary:

£28,000 per annum (starting salary)
