Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and tendering
- Develop and deliver high-quality sales proposals and presentations
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities
Requirements:
- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of winning and maintaining business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
