Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and tendering
  • Develop and deliver high-quality sales proposals and presentations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of winning and maintaining business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
