Are you ready to push the boundaries of technology and drive the future of data communication? As a Senior Engineer at Morgan Ryder, you'll lead projects from concept to reality, working with a passionate team to create high-performance solutions that outpace the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore and integrate the latest technologies to enhance product performance and create next-gen solutions.
  • Lead and execute product and system testing, ensuring our products meet and exceed international standards.
  • Refine our design tools, testing methods, and data analysis techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Drive projects through the entire Product Development & Introduction (PDI) phase, from idea to launch.
  • Collaborate with global Engineering teams and cross-functional departments to share knowledge and drive success.
  • Inspire a team culture that embraces continuous improvement and challenges the status quo.
  • Engage with industry developments by participating in conferences, events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (desired).
  • Membership in a relevant Electrical Engineering institution (desired).
  • Proven track record in designing, developing, testing, and launching innovative products.
  • Deep understanding of data transmission principles, data cabling, and data communications.
  • Experience in structured cabling, data transmission, and data communication.
  • Proficiency in using electrical design, analysis, and test equipment/tools.
  • Hands-on experience with signal integrity testing and network analysers.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools like Minitab or JMP (desired).
  • Strong experience in leading and successfully delivering complex technical projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Six Sigma methodologies (desired).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
