Key Responsibilities- Prescribe medications and provide clinical advice to patients
- Manage minor illnesses and long-term conditions

- Drive innovation and modernization in primary care

- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Independent prescribing qualification
- Ability to apply effective clinical judgment in prioritization and decision-making
- Previous general practice experience is desirable

What We Offer- Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience
