Lead Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting development projects, overseeing the build and maintenance of internal systems, and researching and implementing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Oversee the build and maintenance of internal systems, automating processes and improving efficiency.
  • Research, test, and implement software solutions, focusing on quality code and creating efficiencies.
  • Take a key role in the future development roadmap, driving innovation and growth.
  • Manage, mentor, and support a small team of highly skilled developers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading software development teams and projects.
  • Strong technical skills in PHP, Symfony, and Magento2.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into understandable formats for non-technical stakeholders.
