Employment Law Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Law expert to lead our UK, Ireland, and Germany operations. As Head of Employment Law, you will provide expert guidance to our Executive Committee, navigating complex legal scenarios with confidence and clarity.

Your primary focus will be on the UK and Ireland, but you will also play a key role in supporting our international strategy, partnering closely with our Germany team.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in UK Employment Law, either as a Senior Associate in a law firm or in-house at a multi-site organisation. You will possess excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex legal concepts to a diverse audience.

Your exceptional stakeholder management skills will enable you to engage with senior leadership and external legal partners. A pragmatic, solutions-driven approach will be essential in identifying improvements and delivering creative, business-enhancing solutions.
