Senior Account Manager Healthcare Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at RBW Consulting in Berkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key client lead for allocated accounts, working across a diverse range of projects and deliverables. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth within the agency.
We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong background in healthcare communications. You will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within the agency.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standard.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager in a healthcare communications agency.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
