Alliance Consulting is proud to be working with a leading distributor of animal-related supplies and products in the Bedford business community.


This company has grown significantly since its inception 18 years ago, becoming one of the UK's largest and most trusted distributors.


In the past year, they have invested heavily in their new warehouse, implementing automation and increasing production.


To support this growth, they are now seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team.



**The Role**


This permanent position offers flexibility in work hours, allowing for a split shift between 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm. Alternatively, you may prefer a permanent afternoon shift.


As a key member of the maintenance team, your responsibilities will include ensuring line efficiency, fault finding and fixing issues, continuous improvement, and preventative maintenance.


With several years of engineering experience, you will contribute towards the success of the company, helping to drive growth and innovation.



**Requirements**


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in engineering principles and practices.


You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.


A minimum salary of £35,000 per annum is expected for this role.
