Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead our project team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and success of the project, including customer relations, health and safety, quality, environmental, programme and the cost/value of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and energy to the project team
- Ensure electrical works run to strict programme
- Maintain strict quality control procedures
- Lead regular site meetings with all interested parties
- Report on site progress to project manager
- Produce and manage two week look ahead
- Manage sub-contractors to maintain programme targets
- Assist with commissioning and handover
- Review of the scope of works, produce RAMS documents where required
- Issuing technical submittals of all equipment/packages under guidance of the project manager
- Maintain all required site documentation/permits/plant registers
- Conducting regular site safety checks

Requirements:
- Existing Security Clearance
- Proven experience in electrical site management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
