We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at CV Library. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, interpreting specifications, and valuing work in accordance with established rules and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Estimating project costs and requirements.
  2. Systematically checking data and ordering information.
  3. Interpreting specifications and drawings.
  4. Conducting weekly and monthly reviews to ensure projects are on track.
  5. Commercially planning activities to meet section programme requirements.
  6. Utilizing our project management system.
  7. Collating cost and value information to inform procurement decisions.
  8. Working towards professional membership with RICS, ICES, or CIOB.

Requirements for Success

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong team working skills and achievement driven mindset.
  • Prior commercial work experience and industry knowledge.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
