Climbing Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Climbing Instructor to join our team at Colchester City Council. As a Climbing Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction, coaching, and guidance to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective climbing instruction to customers
  • Conduct regular safety checks of the climbing wall and associated equipment
  • Provide quality coaching and encouragement to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the development of our indoor climbing program

Requirements:

  • Minimum Climbing Wall Instructor Qualification (CWI)
  • Previous experience of coaching children and adults
  • Sound knowledge of safety and safeguarding
