Job Title: Counterbalance Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Counterbalance Driver to join our team at a timber manufacturing company in Buckingham. As a Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for moving stock inside and outside of the yard, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stocking production lines and off-loading manufactured goods
  • Unloading raw material and loading finished products
  • Maintaining a safe work area and completing day-to-day checks
  • Previous experience of handling timber products is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a Counterbalance driver
  • Must have an in-date Counterbalance licence and refresher must be no older than 3 years
  • Be able to read a tape measure and understand the metric system
  • Must have attention to details and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30-17:00, Friday 07:30-11:30 (overtime available after 11:30), Saturday available as overtime 07:00-12:00

Rate: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience
