Desktop Services Administrator

We are looking for a Desktop Services Administrator to provide technical support and maintenance services to our desktop environment.

Key responsibilities include working within the IT Administration team, providing first line support and incident resolution, creating and maintaining accurate and concise ticket update/knowledgebase documentation within ServiceNow, educating colleagues on best practise, adoption and utilisation of technology, applications, and services.

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Previous experience within an IT Support role would be preferable, however we welcome candidates from other backgrounds who have the drive, self-motivation and ability to succeed in this role.
