BEMS Support Engineer - Data Centres

£48,000 - £58,000

Slough

We are seeking an experienced BMS Support engineer to join our Data Centre team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement between ourselves and our customers.
  • Produce concise reports from PPM visits to be submitted promptly in line with KPIs from our customers.
  • Carry out small repairs & remedial works.
  • Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements
  • Experience with Trend & IQ Vision is essential and other systems would be advantageous.
  • Experience working within the building controls industry, along with an understanding of mechanical plant, is required.
  • Be located within comfortable travelling distance of Slough/West Drayton/Hayes.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Hold a CSCS skill card or equivalent.
  • You will also be required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes, on a rota basis.
