Job Summary
Voyage Care is seeking a skilled Support Assistant Professional to join our Castle Cary team. As a Support Assistant Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in their homes. Key Responsibilities
As a Support Assistant Professional, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals in their homes, supporting them with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of your interactions with service users and contribute to a positive working environment.

Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You should also have a basic understanding of health and safety principles and be able to follow procedures correctly. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.
