We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Host at our The Pavillion Beefeater location. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the heart of Weston-Super-Mare and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and be able to work well as part of a team. They will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a warm and welcoming experience, from the moment they arrive until they leave.

As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for managing table bookings, reservations, and walk-ins. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support to the restaurant team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, such as last-minute cancellations or changes to menu offerings.

This is a permanent position, working 25 hours per week across 5 days. Shifts will be between 6:30am-11:30am, Monday-Friday. As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, which is estimated to be around £10-£12 per hour, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, you will receive a Whitbread Benefits card, which gives you access to exclusive discounts on food, accommodation, and other benefits.
