Senior Solicitor

IBB Law is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor - Freehold and Leasehold Sales to join our residential conveyancing team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex transactions, including small-scale developments, matrimonial transactions, and charity matters. You will also be expected to provide supervision and support to junior members of the team and work closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective transaction management.

This role requires strong technical knowledge in residential property law and experience of non-routine transactions. The ideal candidate will be able to take a flexible approach to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards and attention to detail.

About the Role

• Manage complex transactions, including small-scale developments, matrimonial transactions, and charity matters.
• Provide supervision and support to junior members of the team.
• Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective transaction management.
• Liaise with clients and third parties, including estate agents and law firms.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge in residential property law.
• Experience of non-routine transactions.
• Ability to provide supervision and support to junior members of the team.
• Able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
