Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill the Maternity Cover Lead Practitioner position at Thrive Childcare and Education. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations and lead a team of nursery practitioners in our childcare setting.

This is a fixed-term post from May 2024, offering a unique opportunity for career growth and professional development. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional care and education to our children.

Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading a team of practitioners, and contributing to the overall success of our childcare setting.

The successful candidate will possess level 3 qualifications or above, as per government guidelines. They will also have opportunities for career development within the Early Years Industry, supported by our experienced team.

The estimated salary range for this position is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, reflecting industry standards and location, plus benefits.
