Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Counter Assistant/Driver to join our team at Eurocell Group PLC. As a key member of our sales and logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of our uPVC products to customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers in our trade counter, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring that all products are securely stored and transported to customers.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a trade counter or sales environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy goods, with a strong focus on health and safety.
  • Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
  • Basic knowledge of uPVC products and their applications.
