Senior Physiotherapist (Domiciliary Team) - 317 Domiciliary Physiotherapy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physiotherapist to join our well-established domiciliary physiotherapy team. As a senior physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and advice to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive specialist assessments of patients' physiotherapy needs, including those with diverse and complex presentations.
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans to meet patients' needs, working independently and as part of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide physiotherapy treatment and advice to patients, including those with musculoskeletal, elderly care, neurology, and respiratory care needs.
  • Liaise with family and health and social care professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Attend and actively participate in team in-service training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) registration and a valid DBS certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
