Telecare Support Officer Role
£17 per hour in South East London
Join our dedicated team of Telecare Support Officers and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable members of our community. As a key member of our monitoring response team, you will be responsible for responding to crisis situations and providing essential support to service users.

Job Responsibilities

• Responding to alarm signals and providing emergency support to service users.

• Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or issues.


Requirements
  1. Previous experience or transferable skills in a similar sector, such as ambulance services, fire brigade, or responder roles.
  2. Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check and maintain a clean current UK driving license.
  3. Up-to-date First Aid Training and Fire Evacuation Awareness training.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Able to work shifts and carry out call monitoring duties as required.
  6. Good understanding of and empathy with regard to the needs of vulnerable people.
