Job Title: Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team at Spire Norwich Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the clinical, professional, commercial, and managerial aspects of our Inpatient Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Inpatient Services team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement clinical governance policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Manage the department's budget and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clinical management role, preferably in a surgical ward setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance policies and procedures.
