Skilled Equipment Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic/Fitter to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited.
As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex equipment. Your primary role will involve performing routine maintenance tasks on assigned equipment, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues, implementing repairs and modifications as needed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, with performance-related bonuses up to £60,000-£70,000 (OTE), making it a total estimated remuneration of £63,108-£73,108.
Overtime pay is available, providing additional financial incentives.
A signing bonus of £1,500 is also included in our benefits package.
In addition to these perks, we offer an excellent company benefits package, including a pension scheme and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on assigned equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Implement repairs and modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
