As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Regulatory Product Solutions at Northern Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing the strategy for regulatory product management, working closely with senior leaders to drive forward-thinking solutions
- Collaborate on the commercialization of regulation, influencing our bank's strategy through expert knowledge of regulatory policy changes and early identification of product opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with UK, EU, and international regulatory developments, analyzing their strategic impact and identifying new product opportunities or service enhancements
- Present analysis and insights to clients, including bilateral meetings and webinars, with senior-level support as needed
- Develop expertise in key regulatory areas and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the value proposition, develop business cases, and define marketing mix models for new products
- Ensure regulatory approvals, publish marketing materials, and conduct sales training for new products
- Refine value-based pricing for existing products and analyze industry movements to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, non-verbal, and written
- Proven experience in a regulatory environment within the financial services industry, either at a regulator, trade association, or within a bank or investment manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process large amounts of information and summarize it effectively
- Proficiency in constructing logical and conclusive presentations, distilling complex subject matter into management-ready materials
- Experience with strategic challenges and trends in the financial services industry more generally
