We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Gascoigne-Pees Estate Agents in Maidenhead. As a key member of our mortgage services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with our estate agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attract new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
