About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic leader to join our team as a Driver Team Lead - Facility Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of drivers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of drivers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service levels
  • Collaborate with depot management to implement company strategies and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
