Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the delivery of person-centered care in support of and supervised by a Registered Nurse.
- Contribute to the multidisciplinary team to provide a high-quality, safe, and supportive standard of care to meet the needs of patients admitted into the acute setting.
- Assist patients with all activities of daily living and demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to your work.
- Experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, literacy, and numeracy skills are required for this post. Venepuncture skills would be advantageous.
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern.
