We are seeking a skilled Multiskilled Operative to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out joinery and multi-skilled maintenance projects and services to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out domestic maintenance duties to a high standard and within reasonable time frames.
- Be part of our property maintenance team responsible for joinery and multi-skilled maintenance projects or services undertaken.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant trade such as Joinery, Plastering, or Painting and Decorating.
- Multi-trade ability.
- Driving License and Vehicle.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position for the right candidate, with a 37-hour week and £19 per hour (ltd). The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday to Friday and have a strong work ethic.
