Job Summary

As a Wet Sprayer at Ethero, you will be responsible for preparing parts for coating, mixing and applying 2-pack polyurethane paints, and ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay. You will also be responsible for checking parts for damage, processing items to a high standard, and conducting basic maintenance work on equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare parts for coating, including sanding and filling
  • Mix and apply 2-pack polyurethane paints using an HVLP pot gun
  • Ensure the correct product is in the correct bay
  • Check parts for damage and report to the Team Leader
  • Process items to a high standard and in accordance with specifications
  • Conduct basic maintenance work on equipment
  • Monitor machinery and advise the Team Leader on any issues
  • Complete and scan route cards
  • Perform general housekeeping duties

Working Hours
36 hours per week, with AM and PM shifts available. Pay Rate - £12.50-£13.95 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include casual dress, company events, company pension, on-site parking, and profit sharing. Requirements include own transport due to the remote location.
