Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Omega is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the development and refinement of manufacturing processes for oilfield-related pressure retaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze root causes of supply chain and manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend changes to product BOM, drawings, and related documents.
  • Develop tools for continuous monitoring of processes and maintain compliance with QMS and related quality standards.
  • Assist the QA/QC team with audits and process development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure products and processes are compliant to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified in a relevant field.
  • Experience with safety-critical products and strong knowledge of CAD and PLM.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
