Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at KDR Talent Solutions. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our SAAS company's products and services

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of technical support principles and practices
