Joinery Expert Wanted

GBR Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading Joinery/Carpentry business to find a skilled Bench Joiner for a challenging role.

This position involves producing high-quality bespoke joinery services for various clients across different industry sectors.

The ideal candidate will be a time-served professional with experience in crafting wooden window frames, door frames, doors, gates, and other wooden structures using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

The role will involve working on heritage and listed building restoration projects, new build housing, commercial property fit-outs, and other diverse projects.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Bench Joinery/Carpentry Diploma (C&G) or similar qualification and be skilled in producing bespoke high-end joinery work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site surveys
  • Producing cutting lists prior to manufacturing
  • Using innovative and proactive approaches to problem-solving
  • Working with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Bench Joiner to test their skills across a wide range of joinery works.
