About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at XPS Pensions Group. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues and requests, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the 2nd Line team.
  • Accurately record and manage service requests and incidents using our ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with our IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical support and services.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our technical systems, including Active Directory, Azure, and Windows support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will have a strong background in IT support, with experience in technical troubleshooting and resolution. You will also have a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
