Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Instructor to join our team at Adecco. As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients, ensuring that they meet the required standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training programs to clients, ensuring that they are engaging, interactive, and meet the required learning objectives.
  • Course Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials, ensuring that they are accurate, relevant, and meet the required standards.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and delivering training programs that meet those needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the training team to develop and deliver training programs, share best practices, and support each other in achieving team goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Nationally regulated vocational training and assessment qualifications (e.g. NVQ, PTLLS, CTLLS, EAT, D32/33, A1 Assessor)
  • Experience: Previous adult vocational training experience in the sector, with a strong understanding of training delivery, course development, and assessment and evaluation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using training software and technology, with the ability to develop and deliver training programs using a range of tools and resources.
