Job Overview

This role would entail working as part of our Technical Helpdesk team, supporting our infrastructure and providing effective and efficient support to the business on a wide range of technical issues.

You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents from all areas of the business within agreed service levels, utilizing your excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Providing expert technical support to internal stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person
  2. Analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and software
  3. Developing and maintaining knowledge of our systems, applications, and technologies to ensure seamless integration and operation
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting multiple departments
  5. Documenting and tracking technical issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles to improve incident management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or adult social care environment
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with industry-standard technical tools, such as ticketing systems, monitoring software, and collaboration platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
