We are seeking a talented Style Advisor to join our Phase Eight team, providing personalized styling advice and promoting our premium products to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our products and promoting our brand values
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including fabrics, styles, and trends
• Operate electronic Point of Sale systems efficiently, accurately handling transactions and anticipating future opportunities to engage customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or fashion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, based on experience
