Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Delicious Food: We require an ambitious Head Chef who will be responsible for preparing and serving exceptional food experiences on a full-time basis contracted to 35 hours per week.
  • Identify Improvement Opportunities: As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities to improve our food services and contribute to creating new menus and creative food concepts.
  • Maintain Hygiene Standards: You will oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Represent Defence: Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image will be your responsibility.


Requirements:

  • Certification: A valid Food Hygiene certificate is required.
  • Skillset: Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, you should have a flexible approach to working.
  • Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
