Legal Southwest is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy commercial property department. This permanent position offers an exceptional opportunity to create an unrivalled work/life balance in one of the most beautiful counties in the Southwest.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property sales and purchases, drafting documents for property developments, and asset and share purchase agreements. A background in drafting commercial contracts and leases is also highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary package of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be able to take advantage of this generous compensation while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the Southwest region.
