About the Role

This role involves leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and contribute to the success of our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to residents.
  • Develop well-planned care plans and risk assessments that meet regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records using modern technology.
  • Oversee medicine management on shift, adhering to company policies and legislation.
  • Make timely decisions that prioritize resident safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • A current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
  • A sense of humor and positive outlook.
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary (£32,000 - £42,000 per annum)
