Job Title: Breakfast Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Novotel London West. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome for guests and make recommendations from the menu/drinks list if requested
• Deliver an excellent customer service that anticipates individual guest needs
• Take food and beverage orders from guests
• Prepare and set tables for the next guests
• Ensure the food service area is left clean and tidy once guests have left
• Adhere to food hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a 4-5 star hotel in the Breakfast Service
• Able to start at 6am
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Proven commercial acumen through previous roles
• Fluent in English - spoken & written
