Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare, providing specialist 1:1 and 2:1 care for our service users in their own homes.


The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex clinical needs, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.


Main Responsibilities



  • Providing personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
  • Administering medication and performing clinical observations as required
  • Building positive relationships with service users and their families, promoting independence and well-being
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans

Requirements



  • 3 months' previous care experience, including medication administration and personal care
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
